Hello,i have registred on moneybookers,and im going to sell rsgold for cash,can people send money to my moneybookers acc if i dont have a credit card? and if they send, can they charge it back like in paypal?

You do not need a credit card for people to send money to your MoneyBookers account.

And as for chargebacks, it's unlikely that you will get a chargeback. That's the positive side of MoneyBookers. The only way they can chargeback on MoneyBookers if if they contact their credit card company and file a dispute. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's how it works out.

I personally believe MoneyBookers is better than PayPal, but unfortunately it is far less used.
