    Oh how Jagex's system is flawed.
    I've got two accounts here, the first one is permanently banned and the second one is permanently muted BUT still not banned. The first one has 10.2 blackmarks... and the second one has 80.

    Wow, Jagex is so stupid. It SHOULD be reversed. But I guess breaking rule 11 six times wasn't enough for Jagex to ban you.

    I am guessing the other one got banned because of the negative billing.

    Lol when you said 80 blackmarks I thought you typoed but then I saw screeny. The most blackmarks I've seen was about 20, you might have a record there :p.
