Fire cape with Mage?

Hey

A few days ago I got 85 def and mage and I was thinking of getting a Fire cape, but I want to do it with mage and using Gano at the same time.

Is it a good way of doing it?

If so, what spell should I use, I got the normal spells and I don't have Armadyl Storm.

yes, youll use like 500-1k casts max for the whole caves.
