"safe" isn't a word I would use. He can just spam you to get banned if you happen to have recoveries. Basically...use a trusted firecaper

Yea, simply because he is a leecher it does not mean he is a scammer. For example "Rare Names" just joined on Sep 2008 and he has spammed it up to 1.1k posts :S.
