Atled6543 ban evidence makes no sense, why was I banned? [Banned by: Dalpra]

I am going to try to make this thread as straight forward as possible.

My account, Atled6543, was banned for quote:

Now this is completely wrong and an assumption based off of guessing. What really happened is this; I was the original owner of the account, Rs3. I tried to sell it in July 2010. I even proved that it's my account with a video. Heres the thread: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=859246
The account never sold and I simply gave up on trying to sell it.

A few months later, in October 2010, the member Yaroow tried to sell it October 2010. Thread: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=941113

I immediately assumed that Yaroow recovered it because the account was insecure. I reported him in the Report a scammer thread. We talked in PMs (I would quote if I had access) and sorted out that he did not recover the account and he bought it from someone who did. After things were sorted out I removed my post in the Report a scammer section.

I never got the account back, and never made any threads "trying to sell it" again. Yet I was banned for:

Even though I made my thread trying to sell the account months before Yaroow did. It doesnt make sense.

????????. I reported you for trying to recover accounts which didn't belong to you. FireZ has gotten the wrong ban reason or you somehow got unbanned (which I can't find any successful disputes on). Also, you vaded http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1185251&highlight=Atled6543

Edit: FireZ was right about you recovering accounts.
