Why you think they are ban evading: He have scammed me $120 dollars on paypal and recently I have just won the dispute(yeaaa congratulation for me)

Please IP ban this scammer, he have scammed several people before the mods finally decide to got him banned on his original account, it pains me to see him comming back to Sythe.
