I'm having trouble understanding how to work this question out.

Crow Plc has just issued a ten-year bond (nominal value £100) with an annual coupon (interest) rate of 8% at a price of £90. Calculate the Internal Rate of Return (IRR)* of this bond.

This might help: http://www.investopedia.com/articles/07/internal_rate_return.asp. I've seen several problems like this before but in relation to IRR... unless I just know IRR by another name .
