Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: No home IP, this is actually my home IP, I registered with a VPN to use this account since I didnt want to use my other account.

This is my main account - I wanted to use my name Voldri instead of Dharkeon so I used a VPN to make an account. Unsure if against the rules since I wasnt able to register a new account. If it is against the rules, this account can be deleted I guess. Or my other account can be deleted.

Can you provide us with your internet bill that would confirm this? Don't edit it in. Make a new post, so that I can edit it out/merge it into this thread.
