Extreme harassment by Colts7841

Explanation: I entered a competition by @Sythe like 7 months ago in which you had to post a picture of yourself to get a chance of winning a Creamie minirank. Yesterday Colts7841 went ahead and put the picture I posted 7 months ago as his avatar. I told him right after I noticed it that I would like it removed but until now he hasnt done so. I find this very insulting and disrespectful of said user.

A proper punishment: A 1 month ban would be appropriate if you ask me, alongside a DNT rank for 6 months.

 

He quickly removed it now. I still think he deserves a proper punishment.

Mods this is clear proof that he had my picture as his avatar, which I didnt want.

1 infraction for posting purposely to anger or to elicit a negative response from others for fun. Do it again and you'll get 2 infractions: 1 for harassment and 1 for ignoring a mod.
