I got scammed by a certain someone for 218m recently so I want to start up a service and thought Fight kiln best...So how should I set it up and what should I charge + requirements and details etc. please help!

Seems kinda fishy..you just got scammed and now you're desperate for this business. Anyways, have you even done it before successfully? If so, read the stickies at the top of that section. Also be prepared to do it on accounts with minimal reqs.
