As for him being I_Own_You, Qwazzie2 was registered 12/27/14. I_Own_You was "coincidentally" last active 12/31/14.

His last post and presumed ban date were on 6/2/10 so I doubt it's some sort of massive coincidence that his alt profile (Shop4RS) matches with a 4 day difference when I Own You had been banned for years. Shop doesn't appear to have any VPN IPs on his audit either so I don't think the IP match is a VPN although I could be wrong.

 

Looks like he might have scammed an account too, banned both
