Pieyou - Scammed me

He have purchased 34 Mystery Gifts pack in League of Legends for 72USD as its written in my thread.

His post claiming that he sent the money and already got daily part of mystery gifts : http://www.sythe.org/13810337-post86.html

Amount : 72 USD + 20USD chargeback fee
Skype : Transaction took around 40 days ago so my archives are no more on Skype Cloud but i have contacted him about it and thats his answer :

PayPal dispute :
Money was already sent back. I have lost 72USD which he paid + got 20USD fee.

It is quite a shock for me to get scammed by at least for me - trusted member.

 

I have talked with Pieyou and we agreed to wait 7 days with this case. He told me that its missunderstanding and cause of that is mistake between him and his bank. After 7 days if my money will not be returned i will post there our conversation via PM and Skype.

I can see that Pieyou got banned. Was he confirmed as scammer or there was another reason?

Well but i have asked about what Pieyou wrote to me on Skype. He told me that on his PayPal this transaction has status cancelled.

When i contacted support the outcome was different:
