" Buying SS Or NR GP" is a scammer, he scammed me.

hi i hope that someone reads this. i discussed buying training from " Buying SS Or NR GP" for 66-80 dung with 200k tokens. we pm'ed each other and came to an agreement for 30m rsgp and that i would be paying in incriments. we talked and i let him on the account to start training and i wanted to make sure he was actually going to train it so he did 1 floor then i payed him 8m up front as a payment for starting the training. since then he has not responded on msn wont respond to my pm's on here and i tried to get ahold of him on rs. i put trust in this kid he sounded legit but its obviously another kid trying to scam me because im a newcomer. if someone could please do something about this kid so he doesnt do this again to someone else i would really appreciate it thank you.
