Ffprophecy2 scammed me of 23M (proof)

Hey i bought a lvl 109 awesome account from this dude and i payed 23M for it and i had it for about a week and he recovered it and blocked me on all message systems.

His sythe name is Ffprophecy2.

It shows the trade and his sythe name and such, but i no longer have the account so he took it back, if possible could you ban him from further use.
