My Side Quest on this report
As for @Sinister, the Discord mentioned in this report is banned on Sythe, as can be seen here: Lavas Pardon [#5] , so @Sinister has basically been helping this user evade a DNT. I have talked to @Sinister and seen chat logs related to what's going on here. He was basically trying to be degen and get money for referrals for advertising the Discord as in regular referral, nothing special, and he didn't have malicious intent. As soon as I informed him that the user was banned on Sythe, he deleted and removed any content related to this Discord. So I will take this into account in the ruling, which I have discussed with an admin beforehand.

Assisting a user to ban evade is a DNT + 90-day ban, but in this case, I'll be lenient, given the chat logs, the straight away removal of contents as soon as he is informed and the fact that he didn't do correct research on the user. I don't think he an ill intent or intentions of breaking are rules. In short, I have placed a temporary ban on @Sinister for 45 days (half the actual ban length) for essentially being a moron and not doing diligence.

Second side quest for this report
Seeing as I am dealing with an item related to a specific user, on this report: Lavas Pardon [#5], the user who owns this Discord was unable to provide proof that he was no longer connected to Runecaino, another gambling site. Given this, the burden of proof is on @Dragon to provide that he is no longer connected, so I am hitting him with DNT, and he can dispute with proof that he is no longer connected to lavas.
