Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:
I Sold @gmaulprod2 an account for 125m. My TOS was indeed, a full refund if account was ever recovered due to me not being the Original Owner. Our Original agreement was 25m cash and make an account 1-60-1 and call it even. I, unfortunately, had real life stuff to take care of and was inactive for a couple days. When I returned I was banned, and was informed it would be lifted when I complete my agreement with the buyer, which can be seen via the link at the beginning of this thread.

Previous TWC & disputes if applicable:
I have never recieved a TWC until this situation, and I had one guy try to accuse me of scamming, but could not provide valid info of the allegations, and I provided valid screenshots proving I didnt scam the guy.

Anything else you wish to say:
I am a very legitimate user to this site. I have accumulated 20+ vouches and refuse to let this uncalled report against me, remove me from something I enjoy. @gmaulprod2 is now paid and satisfied with the incident, and I am asking for my account to be unbanned and have TWC title removed from my account. Thanks

Based on your ToS here, you offered to refund but dragged this out over two weeks. You failed to refund with money when I asked on 30th April and attempted to put the blame on OO, which this didn't concern. You were then given more than enough time(a week) to build an account for him, which you also failed to do. Eventually you agreed on a third deal which was a name for the remaining 25m. The victim who was banned here wasn't in a position to negotiate and I assume accepted whatever he could get in the end.
