    Feeling uneasy doing services

    Hi Sythe support, I feel really uneasy doing questing/firecape services for people for the sure fact of how easy it is to frame people, and shady sythe and skype profiles put me on edge.
    An example of the situation I'm talking about is here " http://osbot.org/forum/topic/110973-spiderman-scamming-me-for-70m/ "
    How can I avoid someone giving me info for a service, removing items themselves and blaming me for it? I don't wanna have to refund a blowpipe or fury I didn't take and being unfamiliar with this forum's user base makes me extremely uncomfortable, thanks !

    Tell the customer of the service to remove any valuable items from their bank. And screenshot the items/bank which are on the account when completing the service.

    I already do this, I even stream my capes and it has a past broadcast of them, however people can argue that after stream is off or i log off i do something and I don't want some no-rep tarnishing my name anytime soon when ive held 150m banks and didnt touch a thing ):

    I don't see an edit option on my phone for the above post, but I generally tend to have them use a glory over fury etc, but blowpipes and supplies and all that are 5m etc

    Hand the account over when the customer is online. So you log off while streaming while showing that everything is on the account, then you tell the customer that he can log-in. You cant argue that in the time between that items got removed especially if you kept streaming the entire time.

    This is a hassle though. I always just take screenshots of the bank when I am done with the service.

    I have had 1 report before where a customer argued that he lost items when he didnt. There wasnt enough proof to get me banned. It didnt affect my service at all that one report.

    It goes both ways. Customers cant proof whether they lost stuff or not during a service and a service-owner cant proof that they didnt take any items.

    Honestly in my opinion is make the user put everything in their bank except the items you need, set a bank pin and take a screenie of what they have and send it to you. once they do that log into the account and take a screen shot yourself but in the chat area put this is drewybobo from sythe.org doing a service for whoever you're doing it and maybe show in the screenshot theres a bank pin. send it back to the user and make him confirm that's his inventory/worn equipment. after that I don't think it's possible for him/her to make a report and win the case.

    Put this in your thread or somewhere in your ToS:

    Saves you if their account gets banned or if they blame you for their items being stolen. Keep taking screenshots or just tell the person to set a PIN and leave required materials in their inventory.
