You have ; performance anxiety. Its pretty normal when you're having exams , because who wants to fail? But serious you should chill out. If you have learned pretty good for you're exams you will pass them easy.

    Feeling Depressed

Many students often suffer from anxiety around exam time. It is completely natural to fear something that you have been working towards and that tests your knowledge.

To relieve your anxiety, try to get out of the house more and have some fun. This "depression" is often the cause of a student focusing completely on studying. Students have the tendency to "over-study," which causes them to believe that they do not know the material since they are still reviewing it.

You should try this: review the material until you feel comfortable with it or reach a good stopping point. Now take a break and do something fun, something that will take your mind off of the fact that it is exam time. Then, after your break, go back and review the material again except see if you know it any better. If you do, then move onto another piece of your studying. If you do not, review it quickly, but thoroughly, one more time in that sitting. Now take one more break, a little shorter this time, and review the first material (and the second if you had moved on) and move onto the second piece. I use this method and the point of it is that you are making steady progress, one section at a time, while letting yourself relax and refresh. Once you have reviewed all of the sections and have a good understanding of the material, stop. Going over it again and again and again gives you more chances to accidentally say the wrong answer thus causing higher anxiety.

Do not over-study. As I've said, study until you know the material and stop.

You know more than you think you do.

Hey man, I've been in your shoes on numerous occasions when I have exams and think the same things as you, what if this, what if that...its doing you no good. What you have to think about is what you WILL do once you get good grades.

Are you revising? If you are revising/studying enough then I believe you should be ok and I'm sure you'll do well in your exams, if not, it might be the reason why you feel so depressed.

I wasn't very worried with my exams, but then again I didn't care about them a lot. If you study hard and concentrate then you can achieve whatever want to achieve on your grades.
