Feel let down by sythe again... not for the 'small' people - please read this time

I joined sythe as it is a big community on 26th January and my experience has been terrible. As soon as I joined I got scammed $350 by a $100 donor $130 for the maxed main and $220 of rsgp. I reported this and Chloe quickly DNT'd him which I was happy about. I proved he scammed me the account and he refunded me but he wasn't even given a TWC which I argued for ages for him to get yet some people get it for small the irregularities and double standards yet I will address that later one. I complained about this costantly and no-one even properly read my messages so he was allowed to scam much more again and eventually got banned but clearly sythe don't want to protect their customers as long as the service provider has given them $$$. I then got scammed 30M by Levelupforyou which tbh wasn't anyones fault but myself. I sold many bils then on this sythe yet many don't even vouch e.g Chicks sold him 2b yet he won't confirm that on my vouch. Then a $500 donor scams me $420 and he gets a ban yet for profits Sythe from the $500 donation. I then start my questing and skills services as I want to start offering services here become a donor and that but the way sythe operate don't make me want me to donate to them as they don't want to help 'small' or common people and I will explain this further. After I started my questing services I completed many quests many services HCIM quests etc trying to build up rep. I offered to do DS2 for this guy 15M as he had a 15M bank no gear no nothing real life stuff come up I haven't slept over 24 hours with real-life issues he continues on raging even though I am doing him a favour doing it so cheap. At this point I have finished all the quest but I keep dieing to the final boss due to lack of gear so I got one of my workers to do it who scams all the items on the acc. Now I didn't have the GP and this is linked to the max main as all my money was there and I had another order for 61-69 slayer. That account had 7.5M bank. After telling the raging guy who was getting DS2 done for 15M what happened he started talking about how he was going to punch his screen how his dad had cancer etc. I decided to give him 6M from the 7.5M knowing I would be able to buy GP in 4 hours and the service as promised would still be done by Friday to calm him down and so he doesn't do anything stupid. He decides to file a report when we agreed to terminate the service and I will pay him in 3 hours or so which I did. No Mod or anyone had to get invovled yet I get a TWC for a month where as maxedrs3gains scammed me $350 I proved $130 he still didn't get a TWC talk about double standards and giving prefered treatment to donors. Also a service provider on playerauctions scammed the guy had all the proof yet sythe didn't Playerauctions a TWC for not refunding.


I am sorry for the lack of paragraphing I am just tired and want to get this out. I think there needs to be changes to Sythe such as having levels of TWC how is it fair a bad PM can lead to TWC and scamming and then refunding be the same?

EDIT: By 'small' people I mean non-donors also due to this TWC which was stupidly placed on me. I also have asked for assistance mutiple times from mods only which @Wortel responds to tbh but he is busy so can't help.

This has nothing to do with donation status. This has to do with you using your customers gold without their permission to pay out someone else.

 

Clearly you didn't read the thread once again. This is my point you don't listen and irregularities. Why wasn't Maxedrs3gainz given a TWC when he scammed me $350 which I had proof of?

I read through the entire report.

He was DNT'd until he was able to get the OO to recover the account in which Spya did. Since the account is deemed unsafe, he refunded you the full amount of the account. (Not the amount you claimed that was on the account as it was lacking proof) Should you have a question about whether he should've been slapped with a TWC, you should ask the moderator that closed the report. @Island.

 

he blocked me from his discord if thats not sketchy I don't what is. He should have been slapped a TWC but clearly you guys didn't want to listen and your incompetence cost other people money which is now why he is banned but he made good money from scamming and so did you from his donor status so what do you care about people like me. You just try to show you do things by slapping TWC's on non-donors like me where as anyone who would be understanding would see I don't deserve a TWC you go always go after the non-donors.
