Customizer in Wordpress admin area blank?

    Customizer in Wordpress admin area blank?
    Has anyone else had the same issue?

    Basically the customizer is blank, unable to edit the page from the admin area.

    I have tried deactivating themes/plugins with no luck to find the issue. Any idea?
