Fatih Scamming Information / Proof

Considering the location of my stateside legal assistance, he recommended that an inquiry to IC3 be made on my behalf. IC3 allows for 3rd party representation in matters such as this where the internet is used to commit fraud. By using IC3, this government organization files a local legal compliant, informs the individual of the compliant and at the same time allows for him or his adult guardian (Mother) to respond. Upon failure to respond, this opens the door for him to be served a summons to appear in which he must attend a preliminary court hearing. Yesterday IC3 replied to our request with a response that was very positive and has asked for all information to support the completion of a Complaint. Please pass on to all that were scammed, I require a detailed PM describing their experience with Fitah. This matter must receive quick attention, so please do not delay. I was also asked to insure everyone understand that professionalism must be exercised from here forward. If this has any relevance, I spoke to Fatih and Syde (omm) in a joined conversation and Syde vouched Fatihs 'Legitness'. I have recently PMed Syde to get the current status on the Pins he purchased from Fatih and he is yet to respond.. I am aware that they were both the legit owners of the Sythe accounts that I was talking too..
It's just messed up.. $50USD of mine gone.. He was vouched by an OMM so I didn't find the need to use an MM of any kind to do the transaction..
Shortly after i bought them and he sent me the 25 invalid Pins, he went Offline on MSN and I havent heard from him since.
I cannot dispute the transaction I made because he insisted I sent it to him as a Gift (I did payment owed), though it requires payment for Services in order to Claim etc.
Anyone else that has been scammed by him, please step up!

Well done spyike. Keeping the scammers out, hopefully this sends a message to all people who scam, you will get caught and be forced to pay it back. Kudos.

Honestly faith and all them are caught and refunding. They gained nothing but problems for themselves...

 

I don't think an online forum should be this serious.
