Fatal Luge Crash Video [Explicit]

There is no blood or dismembered body parts, but some people may still find this disturbing.
This is the actual video of the dude who died whilst doing some training runs on the Winter Olympic training runs.

First time seeing this. So unfortunate he fell out.. Thoughts to his friends & family.

 

Man that doesnt even look bad... Just looks like he fell off. crazy that he died :s

 

Backstab555, he's going at speeds at around 135-150km/h, or 85-95mp/h. And he's at the very last corner to the straightaway, so he's at his fastest.

 

It's kind of fucked up how the post aren't padded being so close to the track.

After that, didn't they do some work on the track and now the males start off from where the females would, and the females start off from where the juniors do?

That's still gotta suck though, training nearly all your life, just to have it ended even before the Opening Ceremony had commenced.

 

Padding wouldn't really help if you got thrown to a wall going that fast

I'd say padding would have prevented his death, but would most likely still recieve spinal injuiries. In that case i would personally rather be dead then a vegetable.
