Bad vouch for fast service!!!

I payed 144M almost 1 month ago for a service (service got canceled by me because it took long with less to no xp done.. had another service going on so had to cancel, wanted my money back or another service.
he told me he could pay it back but needed some days to get the money.. after a while i figured he ain't gonna pay me as he was getting vouches selling osrs gold to others, can't pay me back, but can sell to other guy's..??
then we made another service deal, he told me he would start the service in 2 day's (posted 29 september)
never heard from him again, and if i count correctly we're already 8 days later..

tbh i know, and don't care if i don't get the money back, because if he wanted to pay me back i would've already gotten it back by now.

if you do pay me back i will remove this vouch. ifnot, well let's hope others don't just pay you money then i guess.
