Fastest Xp Rates For Skills?

Basically I want to get another 99 but I want to get one pretty fast-ish. I was thinking of herblore/crafting but even crafting maxes at just over 200k xp/hr.

Is there any skills that you can train at a very fast rate for a reasonable price (below 100M)?

AFAIK these are easy and 300k+ exp/hr while still costing 0-100m for 99:

Smithing addy plates
making broad arrows
monkey knife fighters + pyramid plunder
lots of potions
Rocktail cooking

I can't think of any more off the top of my head, but this is a good start to the list.

Fast and less than 100M I would say Firemaking? It seems pretty fast to me specially with magics

 

Fire making or fletching are decently fast, ilobviosuly the fastest skills require the most cash

 

I got firemaking in just a few days but it seems you are looking for a "better" 99.

I would honestly go with smithing addy plates if I were you. A very nice cape

 

a no money alternative is doing dung and skilling your ass off . c2 skilling is fucking beastlyyyyyy xp .

 

Range. Chins wont cost nearly 100m and 300-400kxp/hr if you do it right.

 

Firemaking is another 300k+ with Jadinko Lair firemaking and an Adze.

 

Firemaking using this method, or cooking with cooking gauntlets will essentially be free as you will make profit.

 

Try superheating gold with goldsmithing gauntlets. Easily over 200k combined magic + smithing xp/h, not very expensive.

 

Firemaking is another supposed "Noob 99". Just do willows for the cheap way, maples for the cheap/fast way, and magics/yews for the fast way. Using maples shouldn't cost too much. Especially if you are woodcutting the logs.

Woodcutting would be the fourth and final "Noob 99" that wouldn't take too long. And in fact, woodcutting wont cost you a single thing except for a dragon hatchet. Money making 99 for you're firemaking 99 possibly?

 

I'd recommend either firemaking or smithing, they are both fast and do not cost all that much. Get smithing if you are looking for a better 99.

I already have fletching/cooking and I was considering going for firemaking but I don't really think it's worth wasting 30M+ on 99 firemaking with magic logs .

I know I can get around 220k/hr with crafting but I'm pretty sure I can get higher rates with other skills.

Does anyone know the highest xp/hr (costing less than 100M) for smithing, construction and herblore?

Right now I'm averaging over 200k an hour making oak larders. Construction isn't necessarily cheap, but I'm leveling fast.

 

Idk what you are talking about, woodcutting is one of the five slowest skills to train.


Anyway...
Addy plates is around 300k/hr.

Extreme potions is around 300k-1.5m/hr. you'll need to find one for under 100m but I'm sure ext attacks or spec restores are around there.

Construction without mouse keys is 220k with larders, 260k with doors, and 400k with Maho tables. With mouse keys multiply that by around 1.5-2x. Cons is not under 100m, though using oak planks is around 125m at the right market conditions.
