    I just got 43 on my pure.
    I did 200 dragon bones, gilded altar.
    You could do gilded altar with frost dragon bones.

    Just buy some dragon bones will take you no longer than half an hour.

    87 frost dragon bones = 4 trips from 13 - 43 prayer

    frost bones on a lit gilded alter, it will literaly take like 5 mins.
