Fastest training from 80-90 range?

What is the fastest way to train from 80-90 range with 1 def. Cost does not matter, and by fastest, i mean the fastest, hourly exp. Please include equipment, etc. Keep in mind that we only have 1 def here. Thanks.

With Out chins, other fastest way? I am talking about a 1 def pure, with limited quests completed?

(obviously) fury, monk robe top, one of those prayer things that go on your head (lol), guthix cloak, archer ring, chins(dur), black d'hide chaps,mith gloves (or spiky black d'hide, not sure which is better),and unholy book. im not sure about inveny, ask someone whose done it before (lol)

well... waita make it difficult?lotta people do fire giants.... same gear, but with bronze knifes and accumulator. u need waterfall quest done, its easy if u havent already done it

no you dont need the quest completed to use them but you need the quest to kill the undead skeletons in the tunnel though

Okay, stats: 44 pray, 80 range, 78 str, 50 att, 81 wc, 75 hp

 

just do plague city + biohazard, range ogres.

 

ogres or yaks aint bad.

 

If I were you, I would get 10k Black knives or more and go to Yaks, do animal magnetism for Accumulator as it really helps. For armour just wear Black D' Hide, Archers helm, Fury, Archer's ring, Archer Boots. That's costly, but you said price didn't matter. My friend does this with 92 range and he says it is great for training.

 

I suggest fire giants, is how i got my 99 range .
And about chins, i think its kind of a waste at your level, and as far as i remember you need to do monkey madness but NOT FINISH IT, if you finish it you cant get back to the island without taking the exp (like 20k/35k in atk str def and hp, no way around the defence exp)

 

You could use chins at the zombie place, it's about 40k less an hour compared to the monkeys.
