Fastest skill to 99- under 100m loss

I'm looking to get a fast 99 on my new skiller.

Which skill in the fastest from 1 to 99 with under 100m loss?

try cooking. It can get some great fast xp.

 

Runecrafting, absolutely free through runespan. 1-99 in about 3-4 weeks or less if you no life it

 

RC is for sure going to be my second, but I'm looking for an extremely fast one, with a few mils lost. I'm thinking that Construction or so can get quite fast.

 

You can profit from Cooking. I think sharks still make you profit. Use cooking gloves for less burns.

 

Crafting.. Cut gems until you get to diamonds and do it to 99. Pretty sure thats less than 100m and is like 100+ xp per half second.

Firemaking is a good one for under 100 mill I would say do it with maples if you are f2p not sure about p2p .

Also try fishing and you will gain a profit through that .

 

I'm guessing FM with yews or magics would be insanely fast.

 

Maybe I am not sure but I know that with yews they do cost quite a bit compared to maples so maples are normally the cheaper way of doing it .

 

I calculated it and yews should be around 30mil without adding it to bonfire, and with bonfire giving an EXP bonus i'm getting it'd be around 25m which is pretty decent since it's so fast.

 

Imagine with Barbarian Horn, double experience ontop of that, halfing the cost. Get like 550k experience per hour doing this.

 

Definately runecrafting. I got 1-80 in 2 days on a membership trial account botting runespan.

 

consturction is very good and cheap

 

Firemaking is quick, you can get 99 with 5m.

Cooking costs about 15m (if they) depending on how fast you want to get it.

Crafting costs around 75m, less if you make things you can sell.

Fletching costs about 65m.

 

firemaking is wicked fast so is woodcutting at ivy also fletching is crazy fast herblore is fast but expensive less than 100m if ur high enough.

 

Making wines in cooking, up too 320k xp per hour, can get expensive though but I do believe that it is below 100m
