    I just recently hit 99 and was wondering what rune has the best gp/hr.

    I believe it's death runes via the abyss, even though the requirements are kind of steep.

    This is correct I believe, and the requirement is MEP2 or Mournings End Part 2.

    Death Runes are the best at current prices, since at level 99 I believe you craft around 1.2 deaths/essence.

    The next best is either blood runes or cosmics at 99. It's most definitely bloods if you have those morytania legs that let you craft extra blood runes.

    Deaths definitely; just got to worry about the quests and if you need those requirements done, I do run a questing service ;)

    If anything, you would do double astrals because they are worth like 30 gp more than natures.
