Fastest mile time?

i remember like 7.15 or smth...

 

My fastest time is like 5:40 or something.I run Cross Country and track.

 

mine is like 9:37 LOL

Well, atleast your honest...

I bet 30% of the people on these forums couldnt run a non stop mile (meaning they couldnt run a mile without walking)

 

all track runners and xcountry runners have very slim bodies and weigh under average but more power to them . i can run a mile in like 7:35 or something.. I used to run before i realized with my fast metabolism and my running habit im not making any good weight gains in weight lifting. So i only do cardio once a week and i work out 5 days a week. I bench 250 max on a really good day. I squat 320( i gotzz chicken legs), and i can curl 110 lbs( barbell) comfortably for 3-4 reps. But my reular routine is nothing close to this, I only check my max to see my progress. believe it or not lol. but i have been working out for 4 years+.

God damn Kenyans do Bloomsday in like 35 seconds (7.5 Miles :laugh: )

 

well for lacrosse we did a lot of running, in order to make the team you had to do a 2miles in 12 minuets, I did it a little under 12, about 25-30 seconds. I'm not a fast person, I'm more about the power, hence the fact i play defense in every sport I play

 

5:43 and the guy had 5:47 I dont see how that can be some kind of record, thats seems pretty low unless your schools a bunch of snails

5 weeks before that my fastest was a 5:53, but i was training in xcountry since, but still...33 second difference, i dunno wat happened =|

 

I'm 5'4" 108 lbs, maybe more now.

I did a 1.5 mile and got 9:03..

4:57 when I was training for the mile specifically last year, now I can run it in 5:20-5:30.

 

5:59 back in the day.

 

I think my best is around 6.50
