Fastest mile time?

What is the fastest you ever ran a mile?

Mine is 6:58

 

7:28 or something.

 

6:14, back when all I did was train for soccer I ran about an hour a day. Have put on 30 pounds of muscle since then and would probably do it in around 8, if I had a good drug mix going on before hand maybe 7

 

The best time I can remember is 6:52 I think.

6:00 .. but i never run and we had to do it for a gym class thing.. i guess mine is the best here

 

like 6:15, havent been timed in a while tho

 

honestly cant see you doing a mile in 6 minutes, as I tried last week with the following.

naked
kleets
half a gram of caffeine
2 grams of creatine
half a litre of pop

I sprinted the first 800 or so then went at a steady pace from there colapsed afterwards as thats half the lethal dose of caffeine but had an explosive time of 6:50.

mind you im 5 foot 6 160 pounds with 24 inch thighs so Im hauling more ass

I'm not a runner at all, I'm 6'3'' and I have a "large frame"

 

nahh nahh i did.. i finished 1st In my class by 15 seconds.. and i dont run at all, i started at 75% and just builded on off of that.. i lapped some people because i was hauling ass and i wanted under 6 minutes to beat my friend.

 

I play soccer with saint marys' university and they do a lot of cardio training, so yes I didnt run for awhile then I ran a mile saturday and sunday. either way im not lying (other than the naked part because I would probably trip over my penis)

 

im not sure. i think it was 7 something but thats only because we were forced to run the mile. failing gym was not something i planned on doing

I have ran the 1 mile in 6:40, or somewhere close to that.

 

7:00-8:00 in that range, not really thrill about running.

ummmmm like 8:00+ Im pretty lazy. Dont run. I had to do it in gym. So i basically said fuck it.
