Fastest dungeoneering xp and tokens for chaotics?

Hey I'm coming back after quitting a bit before the EOC and I guess it's almost necessary at this point to have chaotics to do anything...whats the fastest way to get to 80 dung

Concepts are still pretty much the same last time I checked and it's still a decent guide. There are lots of other guides under the runescape free guides section, if you want to check those out also.

Rush the lower floors, then just do the higher floors for tokens. A really quick way is leeching 10% of the tokens by buying floors, then paying the rest to recharge the chaotics.
