    Gold4fun scammed me over bought account

    i regularly use gold4fun and i must have bought over $500 worth of runescape goods from there. iv bought 2 accounts in the past and i had no issues so i decided to go all out and buy an expensive account from them for $220. During the month the account became locked as jagex thought someone else knew my password, this happened on about the 28th day of the month but as i was busy with exams i only went to the livechat to tell them a few days later i have a screenshot which also proves the account was locked during the first month. But everytime i went to livechat they kept telling me to come back in a day everytime. so i also wrote an email to the manager i got no reply then i tried out their new resolution centre got no reply. i went back to livechat a few days later as i hadnt recieved any email replies and they now told me that i could only get $120 for the account that i paid $220 dollars for. so i decided to open a dispute with paypal against them as i felt knocking off $100 for a problem that they could easily solve by looking in their payment history and gathering the required information to unlock the account. this is what happened when i went in the livechat after opening the dispute (they added $10 on the amount they would give me so its now $130)

    vel: but the problem occured before 1 month had past i was just too busy with exams to come to livechat
    Lesley: It is your fault , you didn't back here
    vel: its not my fault you should have the sellers payment details as this is whats needed to recover the account, you claim not to have his details but how did you pay him for the account then?
    vel: all i need is his paypal email and last 4 digits of his card that he used to buy membership
    vel: you can just check your payment history and find it out
    Lesley: Nothing for it before you close the dipute

    vel: i will close the dispute once the account is recovered or i am given a decent amount of compensation considering the fact that i lose a 200m bank on that account which once again was purchased from gold4fun but i do not expect you to compensate me for the bank just the account

    vel: and also i didnt want to open a dispute it was my last option i emailed the manager i went to the resolution centre and i have recieved no response not very professional to be honest
    vel: and in livechat i kept getting told that i had to wait a further day each time i checked the progress
    Lesley: I said we will give you a new account for $130 , compersation has limited
    vel: I used to love gold4fun before all this happened iv easily spent over $500 on this website
    Lesley: We also lose the account
    vel: but once you contact the seller you can just recover the account and resell it if you give me a refund or another account
    Lesley: We emailed the seller , but no answer
    vel: why dont you just dispute the payment to the seller until he reocvers the account
    vel: how did you pay him paypal or to his card?

    vel: contact him through that? does moneybookers use emails?
    Lesley: Why i need tell you this ?
    vel: so we can contact the seller can get him to recover the account
    vel: that way i can end the dispute and i get my account back we will all be happy

    hmm they ended the chat session all i was doing was trying to get the required information needed to unlock the account as they seemed to be doing NOTHING AT ALL. as most of you know when trying to unlock and account you have to enter the payment method used to purchase membership.

    you shouldn't buy rs accounts from anyone.. they will hack it back.. even if they have 100+ vouches.

    The problem is, that if they have your money they can hack it back.
    you can't do anything about it anymore..

    Account trading have never been safe. There's no way you do can anything about it tbh.
