Fastest 1-99 in osrs is fletching which you can get as fast as 3-4 hours

You forgot to mention it costs like a bill.. and i think fastest its ever been done is 6 hours!

Evscape did in 8 hours 15 minutes with 120m loss couldnt find the 3 hour 9 minutes cost tho
