does this lift the whole limit? or just make the limit higher?

 

Normally without this method the limit is $0, so it makes your account actually be able to buy stuff

 

hmmmm. i would buy once verified but if u can make it have a $3500 + limit why would u be selling for $3 paypal?

 

When you create account your limit is not 0.

This has been posted on sythe before. I also did this with my paypal. I know it works.

 

I'm selling it for $3 because my membership is running out so I need a couple dollars, and I'm trying to get it verified right now, I'm not sure how long it will take though.

 

well, id love to buy, but you would literally have to go first, as my paypal has a limit of $0 still :3

EDIT: if you need proof I have a $0 limit account with enough money to pay, I can take screenies. I have no bank account

Make a Canadian PayPal or an Australian PayPal, you have like $4k limit..

My method let's you trade between accounts up to $3700

 

I am not guessing your method. But LEAKED guides is not allowed to be sold. Almost everyone knows that Canadian PayPals have a very increased spending limit already, I'm sure NO MOD would verify that if that is your guide lol..

 

Selling a guide for a known method (it is publicly known) is against the rules and can result in a permanent ban.
