    How much time 1-57 summoning?
    It entirely depends on what you kill to get charms. If you were able to kill something like waterfiends or bursting rock lobsters, then no time at all.

    I would like to know how much it takes both, on low lvled and high lvled accounts.

    No one can give you an estimate. Summoning leveling rates are based on you what charms you have, what pouches your making, etc.
