fasck recovery

It really makes me tired to do this again, my account fasck was hacked. I had a keylogger or something on my computer. This was a while ago, nearly a year I think. I removed it and made a recovery thread. I got contacted by a mod but he ignored me in the end. I don't know why.
My account is eight years old, I have never scammed another member of sythe.org, why aren't you doing anything to help me? I did provide proof and it seemed he (firez) was going to help me, then he just went mute.
PLEASE don't ignore me, i've been a member of this forum since freaking 2005, don't you people value that?
