N1ck Trade with Caution

Why he deserves a trade with caution: He was wanting to buy gp from me, and was all for it with a direct paypal transfer. Later on in the chat he said he was paying with a credit card aswell, sounds like a chargeback huh?
I told him all the playerauctions fees were on me, then he said "I dont like playerauctions because they take a week to process my credit card."
Then, later on, he comes up with another story, "Playerauctions requested my Id and Passport."
Then he asked if we could use Interac bank transfer, I did a bit of research, and said ok. He backed down from that offer aswell.

I think he deserves a TWC because this is very fishy activity, any legit member wouldn't make up this many stories with this many different payment methods. Below is proof of our msn conversation aswell as the msn being linked to his account.









Well, I guess n1ck got mad I posted this, he made a scam report on me http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1174552
He said I refused to use western union, which clearly above it shows I wanted to use wu.

 

It looks to me as though the two have you have simply had an unfortunate encounter. I don't think there is enough substance to warrant a TWC and have acknowledged your past trades and Paypal resolution page screenshot. Stay away from eachother in future and you'll hopefully be able to avoid conflict with eachother.

 

Blondi, no offense, but I want someone whos a little bit more experienced in handling scam reports, like FireZ.

I believe this is enough proof because as shown in the msn logs, it seems as soon as I agree to his payment of choice, he says another payment method, or no.

TWC is issed to those who have fishy activity, like above.

 

It looks more like you two are trying to agree on a payment method, then have some difficulty, and then he doesn't want to trade anymore (which in my eyes is pretty understandable). There's no need to be disrespectful to Blondi either; I find his assessment of the situation very fair.

 

As I said, no offense to blondi because he just got mod yesterday.

When he said "No thanks PA takes a week to verify"

Then he changes story to "PA wants my ID and Passport"

Changing story up doesnt sound sketchy to you mods? Ill have FireZ try to look at it.
