Had a few questions \ Story.

I sold my runescape account of which I am the original owner.
The Price was agreed at 115$ USD.

The transaction went smoothly, and there was no issue there, until I went got consumed in my irl job.
The buyer, has lost the account and is harshly blaming me.
I gave him all the information about including recoveries, past ISPs, addresses everything I could remember and everything that is accurate to that account.

The account was Hijacked. I will take shared responsibility, because me and the buyer aren't really sure what happened.

I sent several recoveries, and finally managed to recover the account through a week or so process.
Changed everything and hoping for the best right now.

From then to now, the buyer has received a refund through PayPal and just wanted to give an update on the situation.

 

Can you provide us proof of the refund? Also you will need to go through a proper pardon request. You can do that by going here. I recommend providing full proof of the refund, ETC. (when posting your pardon).
