False ban for ban evasion

To whom it may concern,

I have been a sythe member for 4+ years, no infractions and I attempted to find a gold seller when I received the news I was banned. I know you hear lies often, but I have only ever had one Sythe account and I am falsely banned. Please look into this, and allow me to regain access to my account. I promise I am innocent.

Well looking at the evidence yes I look guilty, but no I never made any of those accounts. I am in the military and maybe one of my roommates created those accounts. It looks bad on my part, but I swear on everything I didn't have anything to do with any of those accounts. I honestly just want the ability to use Sythe again; what can I do?

Please give a reason as to why I can't have my account back. It shows I was hacked I hate my account was involved but what can I do to get it back?
Please help me get the account back.
