Hi, please can you remove the 2fa from my account, got a new phone so cannot access authenticator app.

• Recovery phone number - (removed) (please hide)
• Current email address - (removed) (please hide)

If you don't know the phrase, can you give me some sort of blocked out ID showing your birthday matching the one on your account?

There was no number connected to your account and your IP isn't directly connected to your account.

I've disabled 2fa on your account. Be sure to re-enable 2fa on your account and keep the long code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again - you can use this code once as a 2fa code entry so that you can log in and manually disable it yourself.
