    I'm not sure if he's pardoned before, but I clicked on his TWC and there was nothing about ban evading on it.

    They all use the same kind of thread format (x vouches) and "b" to bump.

    It has vouched for Eesti (http://puu.sh/DLtlR/86c6286e36.png) as it's only post and has numbers on the end of it's name like his other accounts.
