I've purchased from NMZtraining.com in the past after seeing user @WYD post about it on here, and had 0 issue. He was responsive on Discord and kept me up to date very frequently with levels. On 2/23/2023 I ordered roughly $30 worth of NMZ service and paid via bitcoin on their website, the instructions state to contact live chat with your order number. I opened the livechat and typed my order number and it says " Wait Time 1 Minute " but I left it open for over 2 hours with no reply. I then got an auto reply to add WYD on discord. [WYD NMZtraining.com#7091 UID:375134995154468864] I sent him a friend request but it has been radio silence since 2/23/2023. I'm not sure if @WYD is off because of something personal or he's away but since its been so long I don't want anyone else to order their services and not hearing anything from them like me.​

I'm not sure where the terms are on their website, the Terms linked at the bottom of their website do not state anything regarding account training . Here is a link for the terms Terms Of Use .

@WYD Refunded me the initial $30 + $10 as an apology , this is now resolved.
