Well, they can increase your look on Twitter, for instance if you have a company, it will make your company seem much more trusted. You can also buy followers to show off in front of friends! Many different reasons, mostly to make your twitter look legitimate.

 

Are they random people like from all over? Orr can you do it like all in a general area? For example if I lived in New York city and I wanted followers roughly 18 yrs old or looked like it in NYC would you get dummy accs like them etc and have em follow or is it just generated bot?
