Dawntained antivpn system{vpn voting help}

Hello Sythe,
Dawntained rsps has recently instilled a way to destroy VPN voting. Most servers, Dawntained alike, instill a code to only allow a user to vote every 8hours etc. I previously circumvented this trick by simply vpn voting and making new accounts and voting on every one of them. However, recently every single account I had and new account I make, has this limit carried over from a previously voted on account( for instance I vote on "James" and new account "tim" on a different IP has the same time restriction that was on "James". Changing the Ip-address doesn't matter and somehow the restriction of x amount of time is still applied to new accounts... any ideas of ways around this?
