dude learn to read rules well actually it says that as a topic title learn to read you cant say you only train for vouches its up 2 them if they vouch you or not

Hate to break it to ya but you cannot use vouches as currency. But I'm sure if you do it for free 99.9% of people will give you a vouch anyway!
