PA verification taking FOREVER!

I've been selling gold for about a month now, using PlayerAuctions. Most of the time when I sell, the "Verifying Payment" part takes about 2-10 minutes AT MOST. Today there was a payment someone made for 340M that went for 3 hours without verifying, and we ended up having to cancel it. This hurts my reputation on sythe.org, PlayerAuctions, AND loses me money!

Another trade today took went 40 minutes without verifying, and was cancelled by the customer too. This just isn't good enough. Does anyone have any experience on this matter?

 

Sometimes it goes into "Manual Review" and it can take up to a few days.

 

Ugh, why would that even happen?

your a big seller, they are prolly looking at your trades , never had any probs with player auctions still

 

You cancelled the order, Playerauctions were verifying the payment, how does that ruin your reputation?

Also, it depends on their Payment method, I ordered 500M via Neteller once and it took around 36hours to verify.

 

Its probably because the buyer has reached his paypal limit. Tell your buyers to keep their mailbox open, pretty sure they'll have received a mail from PA asking for more information.

 

3 out of 4 trades i've done today had to be terminated because either the order wouldn't even come up, or because it took hours to verify. It's killing my business...

Because I don't have a 100% success when it comes to trades. It's now 95%. I know, it isn't really a big deal. What's annoying me more, is I'm getting practically no business.

 

Wait so you cancelled the order then the buyer leaves you negative feedback for it?

 

Nah, a cancelled order immediately counts as a failed trade, by default.

 

I had this problem a few times today as well.

It goes into "manual review", which usually means the buyer has to submit their ID's.

 

Just had a 100M offer go from "Manual review" to "pending delivery" in a couple of minutes, very promising.

 

I went over my $200 limit on P/A and orderded 150mil the trade took about 30hours to complete because they wanted I.D and allsorts of bullshit off me, The trade took about 30 hours.. :\

But even the trades before this $200 limit all took around 30-40minutes to complete. After several phone calls from people I don't understand and they don't understand me either. Ridiculous.

 

Playerauctions staff is american so i dont know why your having problems understanding them.

Wouldn't be to sure that all staff is. When you use WU as a payment you'll see that ur sending to someone in China. And customers of mine have also reported a very strong accent when they were contacted by phone.

 

not much i can say bout this but unlucky, never had a problem with PA yet so yea

 

+1 To the guy who thought he was smart saying all their staff is american.

 

Cancelled orders don't count as failed trades, I've had 3 orders cancelled out of 100+ and my reputation was affected at all, I'm still at 109/109 with 100% positive feedback.

Manual reviews can take up to 24 hours to complete, just be patient and talk with your customers. The only reason why I received these cancelled order is because they made them without telling me and cancelled them to wait until I responded to their PM's via PlayerAuctions.

I've had 10+ Orders take over 12 hours to complete, but if you're good with words you'll be able to comfort your customers into waiting overnight to receive their RSGP.

 

Pretty sure he was talking about his 'Order success rate', which can be found in your reputation tab aswell. And yes, it's affected by cancelled orders. Although I doubt many buyers really look at it.
