Fake Vouching Rule Edit/Update

Two part suggestion:

1. Edit the current rule to make it clear that offsite vouches aren't allowed, as currently it's unclear that offsite vouches aren't allowed to be used on Sythe.
   
   So just a line at the end of the current rule...
   
2. When there's a clear case of a new member who's simply copied/pasted offsite vouches either:
   • give them the benefit of the doubt and issue them with a warning.
   • allow their two week ban to be overturned if they're able to prove the offsite vouches they posted belong to them.
   
   Both of the above would only apply to their first "fake vouch" occurrence, any incidents after that would result in the normal rule being applied.
   

I just think the current rule for new members who post offsite vouches is a tad harsh.

Cases like: http://www.sythe.org/software-sales/1643427-donation-system.html, where it's a clear case of copy/paste (http://puu.sh/54a5r.png) - really should be allowed to have their bans overturned, especially considering n4n0 gave him the benefit of the doubt for the offsite vouches screenshot.

 

Interesting...... The vouches he posted linked back to old threads/posts, which lead me to believe they were edited.

Anyways, I've edited the rule, and removed his ban/twc, removed the vouches from his thread, and PMed him a warning.
