    How they scammed: very sketchy guy, attempted to have me go first, on a freshly made account, then proceeded to type an endless chain of excuses

    Unless I'm mistaken I believe we generally don't give out TWCs for this (there is some subjectivity) since some genuinely are afraid of third parties entering a trade etc. I'm going to not issue a TWC in this case. Thanks for the report.
