    This i can understand is not enough to Warrant a Ban Evader. but if the Dates on SKype are noted 1/3/2013, his Join date on Veratti is the 4/3/2013.

    At the very least i believe this warrants a TWC.
    Sorry if this is not enough, I do not know if i have enough info. but its just to look out for the Safety of others.
