reason i think it's fake:

carried wealth is 95m. risked wealth is 35m. it shows the top left corner showing the items that would be kept. the bottom 3 items says that they should be kept as well. even though when cash stacks, it would only count each gp, not all of them. i'm not sure if something's been changed, but i'm 99% sure this is fake for those reasons.
